- The Higher School for Fire Service Officers (WOSP), engineer level studies, graduated in 1978
- The Main School of Fire Service (SGSP), M.A. studies, graduated in 1989
Professional career:
- From 1978 employed at various positions with the State Fire Brigade, and since 1993 employed at the Regional Fire Brigade Command Centre of Lodz, Poland
Professional qualifications:
- A fire protection expert with the Head Command Office of the State Fire Brigade, numerous licences 174/93, various published opinions, statements and analysis works, author many instructions connected to the areas of fire prevention and safety
- Since 1998, a head of underwater activities of the State Fire Brigade
Personal interests:
- since 1995 involved in creating and developing an educational program aimed at familiarising society with rules and regulations governing behaviour during fires as well as other emergencies which occur in the present-day world
- Water sports, especially SCUBA diving, a 3 star licence of KDP/CMAS organisation obtained in 1997
- Since 2000, a chairman of the Polish Association of Fire Engineers and Technicians (SITP) in Lodz, Poland.
