The town’s alarm sirens are on. On the streets many emergency services vehicles can be seen. The main characters of this comic strip – a boy and a girl, both students of a senior secondary school wonder what it means? Their doubts are dispelled by an employee of the town’s crisis centre who informs them how the signals are broadcasted to the public and what types of signals are used. The students also find out how the alarms are called off.
