Education through films:
The following stage of educational undertakings of the authors was the production of four films. These have enforced the educational effect for the reason that they have reached people who did not have access to brochures. The program’s authors : Marek Parol and Eligiusz Pietrzak have devised film scripts and acted as consultants during the film production. The professional aspect of film realisation was performed by TVP Lodz, Poland with the co-operation of Lodz’s City Hall (local government) and the State Fire Brigade (Państwowa Straż Pożarna). The undertaking was financed by Lodz’s City Hall. The films have been shown by TVP Lodz. The program’s authors have also been the originators behind the production of a film “FIRE”, realised using VHS technique and addressed to kindergarten children, which presents the messages included in the “Rick and Spot” brochure.
